Spark Action provides resource pages on foster care along with current news, feature stories, and stories from young people who have been in foster care. They provide campaigns to join and national experts on the topic.

SOS offers various programs that aim to give vulnerable children the resources, knowledge, and experiences they need to become healthy, thriving adults. Children who come to live at SOS stay with their biological brothers and sisters in a private home. A full-time, professionally trained foster parent lives with them, and the whole Village gives them support, compassion and strength.

The Tutor/Mentor Connection (T/MC) is dedicated to improving the availability and quality of comprehensive, long-term, volunteer-based tutor/mentor programs in high-poverty areas of the Chicago region and other large US cities through an ongoing, dynamic exchange of ideas.
