National Foster Parent Association
NFPA is the national voice for foster parents. The mission of the association is to support foster parents in achieving safety, permanence and well-being for the children and youth in their care.

North American Council on Adoptable Children
NACAC promotes and supports permanent families for children and youth in the U.S. and Canada who have been in care—especially those in foster care and those with special needs.
To achieve this mission, NACAC focuses its program services in four areas: public policy advocacy, parent leadership capacity building, education and information sharing, and adoption support
National Resource Center for Permanency and Family Connections
The National Resource Center for Permanency and Family Connections at the Hunter College School of Social Work is a training, technical assistance, and information services organization dedicated to help strengthen the capacity of State, local, Tribal and other publicly administered or supported child welfare agencies to: institutionalize a safety-focused, family-centered, and community-based approach to meet the needs of children, youth and families. The National Resource Center for Permanency and Family Connections is a service of the Children's Bureau - ACF/DHHS.
National Child Welfare Resource Center for Youth Development
The University of Oklahoma National Child Welfare Resource Center for Youth Development (NCWRCYD) increases the capacity and resources of States and Tribes to effectively help youth in care establish permanent connections and achieve successful transitions to adulthood. The Center can help States incorporate youth into all areas of programs and services, implement services that address legislative requirements, prepare for Child and Family Services Reviews (CFSR) and Program Improvement Plan (PIP) development, and implementation. The Center bases its technical assistance and training around the four core principles of, youth development, collaboration, cultural competence, and permanent connections.
