I want to be the vehicle for change in the lives of biological parents and their children who are separated. I believe that strengthening the parents will strengthen the family which then ultimately strengthens the child.
I am a single mother of six children, one biological teenage daughter and five foster children ranging in age from 3 to 11 years old. Being a foster parent allows these innocent children to live “safely” which is the right of every child.
Treena works as a full-time foster parent for a child welfare agency that specializes in keeping sibling groups together. Previously she worked as a Math Instructor and Math Coach before she realized her other passion of wanting to help children and families. Treena prefers to work with children with complex issues knowing she has the capacity to help them to live to their greatest potential.
